Sally Bindley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and a Master of Social Work from Indiana University. In addition, Sally is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series. She holds many awards for her work, including the Sagamore of the Wabash and the Jefferson Award for Public Service. Sally currently serves on the board of The Patachou Foundation and is a past board president for the Family Advocacy Center. She has practiced as a school social worker and family counselor for victims of domestic violence.

Kate Hussey has more than 20 years of experience in program and organizational management. As COO for School on Wheels, Kate’s passion for education is matched with a focus on organizational effectiveness. She works closely with the CEO to develop and implement the strategic plan and organizational objectives. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding programs and partnerships to better impact the students and families being served by School on Wheels. Kate received a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
Kelly Coker

Kelly Coker is responsible for collaborating and engaging with community partners to support the mission and programs of School on Wheels. Kelly will drive educational and programmatic initiatives to achieve strategic goals. A graduate of DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a member of Management Fellows, Kelly has spent her entire career in the non-profit sector focused on youth and poverty, both in development and programming.
